Edgar Allan Poe's Haunted Palace, is a highly visual nightmare and bizarre musical extravaganza, where The Tiger Lillies plunge into the dark and sinister world of Edgar Allan Poe.

The international creative team behind this darkly comic musical spectacle consists of the praised French-American director Paul Golub, the American video designer Mark Holthusen (also collaborator on The Rime of the Ancient Mariner) the Swedish playwright Peder Bjurman, (also known from his work with Robert Lepage). The theatrical score and all songs are new compositions by Martyn Jacques, lead singer of The Tiger Lillies.

Edgar Allan Poe’s Haunted Palace featuring The Tiger Lillies is produced by the Théâtre du Volcan Bleu (France) and coproduced by The Bergen International Festival (Norway), Maison de la musique de Nanterre (France), Le Théâtre de l’Union – Centre Dramatique National du Limousin (France), La Scène Nationale de Sète et du Bassin de Thau, Quaternaire (France). With the support of L’Etablissement Public du Parc and La Villette, Paris (France), L’OARA and l'Office Artistique de la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
