"It's Xmas and Nora Helmer is going crazy squirreling away presents and decorations, spending the money her husband hasn't yet earned as the new bank manager. But don't worry - Pan Pan's version of Henrik Ibsen's modern classic doesn't dwell on the current recession. We're looking at communication, relationships, and social conventions and how we are first and foremost human beings."

Pan Pan's version of A Doll House will examine the like - and unlikeability of these famous Ibsen characters and how they can still connect to today's supposedly restless age.

10 - 28th April 2012 : Smock Alley Theatre, Dublin, Ireland
Previews from 4 - 9th April

Pan Pan's previous production of Samuel Beckett's radio play All That Fall has been nominated for Best Production, Best Director, Best Lighting Design and Best Sound Design in the 2012 Irish Times Theatre Awards.

Both works are available for touring in 2012/2013.

superposition is a project about the way we understand the reality of nature on an atomic scale and is inspired by the mathematical notions of quantum mechanics. Performers will appear in his piece for the first time, performing as operator/conductor/observer/examiners. All the components on stage will be in a state of superposition; sound, visuals, physical phenomena, mathematical concepts, human behaviour and randomness - these will be constantly orchestrated and de-orchestrated simultaneously in a single performance piece.

The superposition project questions the boundaries between music, the visual and the performing arts, while extensively exploring the intersection between art and science.

superposition is available on tour from the autumn of 2012. Do let me know if you would like more information on this production.

All That Fall is the latest work by Irish company Pan Pan Theatre, a new recording of Samuel Beckett's first radio play.

All That Fall is a multi-layered composition of voices that can be experienced as a black comedy, a murder mystery, a cryptic literary riddle or a quasi-musical score. The radio play will take place in Pan Pan’s uniquely atmospheric, theatrically tuned listening chamber with 60 rocking chairs installed in the darkness creating a blind theatre.

The piece will be presented this summer :
· 22 August 2011: Preview
· 23 August - 2 September 2011: Projects Arts Centre Dublin (Ireland)

The work is available for touring in 2011-2012.
